Addressing System Inefficiencies
An additional challenge was the underutilization of their existing systems. The systems in place were not achieving the desired efficiency due to incorrect setup and use, leading to unreliable data and a return to Excel tracking. We recommend a reimplementation of their systems to rectify these inefficiencies and address data issues.
